Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your Crowned One hat. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, hats with visible signs of wear, makeup/sweat stains, or damaged brims cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return: We do not offer automated returns at this time. To start a return, please email us at hello@crownedoneofficial.com with the following:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #1001)

  2. The name of the item you wish to return

  3. Reason for return

Shipping Costs:

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If we made a mistake (wrong hat sent or arrived damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Standard Returns: If you are returning for a change of mind (e.g., wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
